Many documents, many deadlines,
little overview.
An asbestos project calls for surveys, notifications, permits, plans, a tender procedure and a well-founded award. For the client, that meant days of preparation per project, scattered across emails, folders and separate Excel lists.
A missed demolition notification or LAVS deadline (the Dutch national asbestos register) brings a project to a halt. And in an audit or dispute, who had approved what and when had to be reconstructed afterwards. The request was therefore clear: one environment where the groundwork gets done and control stays with the client’s own team.

Process broken into phases
Together with the client, we reduced the asbestos project to eight fixed phases, from initiative to aftercare, and defined per phase which documents, notifications and decisions are required.

First draft by the app
Project plan, specifications, work plan, BLVC and health & safety plan, schedule and estimate: the app produces the first version from the case file and the knowledge base. The user adjusts and downloads as Word or PDF.
- 03 · ADOPTION
Approval as a fixed step
Nothing becomes final without sign-off. Every approval is recorded with name and time, so the case file stays traceable and the team stays in charge of the project.
