Record in seconds
Photo, location and a short note — that is all the inspector needs to do.
OUR WORK/AI-SCHOUW
INSPECTIONA field application that converts photos, locations and notes directly into structured findings, assigned actions and shareable reports.
From field observation to action and reportA site inspection produces dozens of photos, notes and loose messages. Turning them into a usable report happened in the evening or days later — manually, and slightly differently by everyone.
As a result, information was lost, reports differed per inspector and findings were left without an owner. The knowledge was there, but it did not reach the people who had to act on it.
We walked along with inspectors to see what they record, what they skip and where the processing goes wrong afterwards.
Input has been reduced to what is feasible in the field: a photo, a location and a short (spoken) note. The AI does the rest.
The AI processing was refined step by step on real inspections, until findings and risks were reliably recognised and named.
AI-Schouw structures every observation on the spot: the AI describes what the photo shows, names risks and converts findings into actions and reports.
Photo, location and a short note — that is all the inspector needs to do.
The AI describes the situation, classifies the finding and assigns a risk level.
Every finding gets a concrete follow-up action and an owner, so nothing is left behind.
The report is ready as soon as the inspection is completed — shareable with client and team.
What used to take days is now ready by the time the inspector walks back to the car.
All findings follow the same structure and language — comparable across inspectors, projects and time.
Findings are linked to actions and owners, so fieldwork actually leads to improvement.
“The inspector focuses on the work — not on the admin.”
